In the same way you check your eyesight, it is equally important to regularly check your hearing. It’s a common misconception that hearing loss just comes with age, and whilst our hearing does generally decline as we get older, not all hearing loss is age related, there are many other causes of hearing loss. So it’s important, if you notice any change in your hearing, to get it checked by a professional, who can advise on the cause and how you might be able to slow any hearing loss down.
